The box arrived in poor condition, I charged the product for a little over 2 hours until the light stopped blinking, I tested it, the vibration and heat control work well, as does its laser. It comes with a USB cable and a Type-C port. I loved that the user information was available in many languages; normally I have to do translations, but this time it wasn't necessary. It arrived before the expected date!! I recommend it.

Food little product helped relax the knee and warms it up to help with recovery, just note use correct cable as didn't like my fast charging usb c.

I'm only using the basic mode, but it gets hot when used on bare skin. I'm wearing thin pants and doing it, not sure about the vibration effect. It's better than nothing... It seems like the company that made the massage device for Kwon Eunbi, so I paid a bit more to buy it. I think buying something else would be similar... The delivery was quite fast.

It heats up quickly when used on the knee, which is good. It's great for its intended use, but it's a bit inconvenient to use on other areas (shoulders, elbows, etc.), which is a bit disappointing. However, since it's good for the knee, I'm still satisfied.

It seems convenient for the elderly to operate with three buttons for power, vibration, and heat. However, I couldn't find a timer function. It automatically turns off after a certain time. The vibration and heating are at the optimal level.
Received faster than expected, however the delivery person threw the package over the fence and the boxes are in a dirty state. I will check if everything is working correctly.
